These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Change Draft (“we,” “us,” or “our”), accessible at https://www.changedraft.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Change Draft, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
Change Draft is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) tool that helps contractors and tradespeople generate professional change order documents using artificial intelligence. Documents generated are for administrative purposes only and do not constitute legal advice.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.
3. Account Registration
You must create an account to use most features of Change Draft. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Payment and Subscriptions
Change Draft offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law.
We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Change Draft to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Generate fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive documents
- Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or compromise the service
- Resell or sublicense the service without written permission
6. Intellectual Property
Change Draft and its underlying technology, branding, and content are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of the content you input (project notes, names, costs). The documents generated using our service may be used freely for your own business purposes.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Change Draft is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that generated documents will be legally sufficient for your specific situation.
Always review AI-generated documents before sending them to clients. Consult a qualified attorney for legal advice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RepuVault LLC (doing business as Change Draft) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice in the application. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
